Scope Overview
Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services (CATTS)
is a contract to obtain support for the Department of Commerce's Information Technology (IT) needs including all DOC Bureaus. The scope of the contract is to obtain industry partner support to provide enterprise in the following areas:
